• The integration can manage Critical/Recovery failure notifications for the following two scenarios when the user enables App Failure Notifications in the settings:
  • Connectivity Exception
  • Authentication Exception
• Dell Unity XT will send any duplicate/repeat failure alert notification for every six hours.
• Dell Unity XT cannot control monitoring pause/resume actions based on the above alerts. Metrics can be used to monitor Dell Unity XT resources and can generate alerts based on the threshold values.
• Component level thresholds can be configured on each resource level.
• No support of showing activity log and applied time.
• The minimum supported version for the option to get latest snapshot metric and Full discovery is NextGen Gateway version 15.0.0.
• Dell Unity XT supports both Classic Gateway and NextGen Gateway.
