Introduction

The AI insights feature provides an AI‑generated explanation of why an Alert occurred. It analyzes the Alerts, identifies evidence patterns, and presents a clear, guided summary to help users quickly understand and resolve multi‑Alert incidents. Probable Root Cause (PRC) is shown for all Alerts. It is not displayed for normal (single) Alerts and is not part of the Copilot channel list.
