Copilot uses channels to determine the type of data you want to work with. The channel is automatically selected based on context or can be chosen manually.

Supported Channels

  • Search - Find documentation, metrics definitions, integrations, and procedures using natural language
  • Command Center - Analyze, manage, and resolve operational issues across alerts and tickets
  • Root Cause - AI-powered root cause analysis and probable cause identification
  • Network (Beta) - Network-focused insights about devices, interfaces, and topology
