When you open any service map, the REFRESH button allows you to refresh the service map to view the latest availability status of nodes.
The Refresh options works as follows:
- Manual Refresh: Allows you to manually refresh the service map to reflect the node availability status instantly.
- Auto-refresh: Allows you to schedule refresh frequency for a specific time interval, for example, 5, 15, or 30 minutes.
Follow the steps below to refresh a service map:
- Open a Service Map from the listing page.
- After the Service Map opens, click the REFRESH button on the top-right corner of the screen to instantly refresh.
- To auto-refresh the service map, click the drop-down arrow next to the REFRESH button.
You will see a list of refresh frequencies to select from. - Click on the desired refresh frequency.
The Service Map refresh frequency will be set.
If you are working on a Service Map and do not wish to refresh its nodes instantly, then you can select the Off option to pause the refresh.
