You can view and manage predicted alerts on the Predicted Alerts page.
Go to Setup > Alerts > Alert Prediction to display the list of defined alert prediction policies.
The default view of the Alert Prediction Policies page shows alert prediction policies created at the partner-level policy scope. If you want to edit a policy created at the client-level policy scope, select the client in the client list.
Click the number in the Predicted Alerts column to display the Predicted Alerts page for that policy.
Use the Predicted Alerts page to manage and view details about predicted alerts.
