Pre-Requisites

• OpsRamp Agent version 13.0.0 and above must be installed.
• The device on which the agent is installed, must be connected to the outbound Internet (Proxy or Direct).
• The device must have Python 2.7 or higher installed and required following Python modules:
  • Debian-based systems: python-apt
  • RPM-based systems: python-yum or python-dnf
• Python must be available in the system’s binary path ($PATH) to ensure the agent can access it.
  If Python is installed but not in your PATH, refer to the document to locate its installation.

Constraints

• You can patch only agent installed servers.
• There is no patching support when using third-Party applications.
• There is no patching support with third-party integrations.
